這家餐廳是由兩位富有個性的日式手作廚師所創立的,他們希望提供顧客提供一種不同以往的食材體驗。基於他們的理念,我們決定創造出富有個性的空間,但又不失傳統日式的風格。我們決定把現代及傳統的設計兩個衝突的理念調和成一個完整的設計。

傳統的部分我們用原木質感的材料排列出日式牌坊語彙的門頭,並利用錯落的粗製布簾用現代的語彙創造天花造型。現代的部份我們利用去陽角線條設計手法,利用轉角磚創造出門面的設計、弧型的水泥質感設計出現代感的吧檯。

傳統及現代兩個區塊的設計材質又不相同,現代區域材質平順俐落,傳統區域材質粗糙自然,但色系卻又是相容一體,讓傳統的設計區域跟現代的設計調和一體。
 

The restaurant was founded by two talented and charismatic chefs with a passion for Japanese handcrafted cuisine. They are dedicated to offering patrons an unprecedented culinary experience.

Based on their concept, We decided to reconcile the two conflicting concepts of modern and traditional design into a complete design. In the traditional part, we arranged the doorway with the design language of a Japanese torii using original wood and created the ceiling shape with modern sensibilities utilizing well-proportioned irregular rough fabric curtains.

For the modern part, we used the design technique of removing exposed angles and corner bricks to create the facade design and curved concrete to design the contemporary bar.
